STRATEGIC PLANNING
This year, as in years past, dwg. hosted a series of strategic planning retreats for both leadership and the entire staff. The focus of this year’s meetings was to hone in on our operations and design processes from the perspective of our mission, vision and core vales, which were defined in 2017. We additionally took the DiSC assessment as a staff to learn more about our communication styles and how they work together in our studio. We are looking forward to our January planning, which will focus in on strategic goal setting.
