Located at the convergence of Lady Bird Lake and Rainey Street Historic District—Austin’s fastest growing urban neighborhood—this high-rise residential tower embraces the balance between urban sophistication and an outdoor lifestyle. The footprint of the tower is informed by two preserved heritage trees, allowing for a garden-like public plaza at street level that pulls the diverse planting and natural materials of the adjacent park up to the building. A circular roof-top pool overlooks the lake below, providing residents that balance between laid back and luxurious.
