The twin residential towers of The Benjamin and The Hollis (as recently featured in Towers.net) are set to become the tallest at The Domain, north Austin’s leading high-density, mixed-use destination. The towers are a continuation of our work at the Domain South development, led by Stonelake Capital Partners, and will provide over 600 additional residential units to the district.

Begun as a multi-phase master plan to transform an existing IBM campus with extensive surface parking into a mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented district, dwg. has since completed multiple projects within the Domain South including residential tower The Bowen and Domain Tower 2 (the office tower currently holding the record for tallest building within The Domain).
