dwg.’s scope includes the design of the on-structure residential amenity pool “gardens” that feature outdoor dining, a signature “cenote” pool, yoga lawn, dog parks and a rich native Austin landscape that frames stunning views of the Lake and surrounding city.
The streetscape design incorporates a signature urban plaza that engages and “pulls” the adjacent parkland up to the
front door of the project while also seamlessly integrating two preserved heritage trees into the design of the streetscape.
Our work promotes the role and importance of green infrastructure by integrating rain gardens and green walls into the arrival sequence to the project and by utilizing local materials, native plants and high efficiency irrigation.
The project is expected to break ground in the fall of 2019 and will be complete in 2022.
