UTSA South Lawn

Although located within the campus of The University of Texas at San Antonio, the South Lawn is designed as an inclusive, community-focused park that will serve a wide range of San Antonio residents. Situated along a crucial transit corridor and the recently transformed San Pedro Creek, the South Lawn will be a pedestrian-oriented destination that connects students, neighbors, and visitors alike. Playful and highly programmed, the park is anchored by the core concepts of community, sustainability, and education. Designed in collaboration with UTSA College of Architecture students, the park embraces a variety of amenities, social gathering spots, and flexible spaces for events and performances.
