dwg. is serving as the local landscape architect under MVVA for the restoration and redevelopment of Waller Creek that winds through downtown Austin. The project introduces a series of parks, trails and public spaces along the currently blighted creek and activates the areas through art, educational and cultural programming.

The mission is to transform and sustain Waller Creek, creating an extraordinary urban place that connects and inspires residents and visitors alike. The project will renew the natural environment and foster habitat restoration through a series of connections, shady gathering areas, immersing visitors and activating the space with public events.
