Jacob has sharpened his skills on a wide range of urban commercial, mixed-use multifamily, healthcare, and corporate office projects. As his introduction to Texas, he spent his first couple years in Austin in the field as the construction observation role on large multi-million dollar landscape projects. Thanks to these experiences, he has developed a practical and technical knowledge of construction techniques and necessary document communication skills with an eye for detail.

​To complement his technical abilities, Jacob believes that finding the best answer for project challenges often requires finding innovative solutions by pushing traditional boundaries and thinking. Whether it is rainwater harvesting and water quality management, or the inherent challenges of the urban infrastructure, Jacob is well equipped to assess and collaboratively develop a solution specific for every given project.
