nikki chang

landscape designer

Nikki believes in choreographing experiences that highlight interactions between humans and nature. Her design approach is rooted in designing with flexibility as the cornerstone to each project. The human experience and nature are constantly changing processes and stifling the ability for change creates spaces that no one wants to be in. Thus, some of Nikki’s favorite moments are creating designs that are used in ways that exceed her own imagination - in ways that users make the places their own.

Nikki holds an MLA in Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a born and raised Texan (hailing from Houston!) and is returning to her home state after years of living on both coasts. Nikki draws a lot of her designs from her experiences from living in different climates and cities and is always excited to chat about her love of Death Valley National Park and Philadelphia. When not in the office, she is finding her next wood-working project or cooking a storm.
